This site does not use third-party tracking cookies. We do not run analytics, advertising or social-pixel scripts. The only browser storage we use is functional localStorage needed to make the site work. No consent banner is required for this kind of storage under EU rules.

What we store in your browser

Server logs

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP, user-agent, request URL) for up to 30 days, used for security and debugging. No cookies needed for that.

Third-party services

Bolt Food and Wolt links — clicking them takes you to their own sites, where their own cookie policies apply.
Telegram webhook (server → server) — used to forward orders to staff chat. No browser cookies involved.
Resend (email) — used server-side to send order receipts. No browser cookies involved.

How to clear local storage

In any browser: open Developer Tools → Application / Storage → Local Storage → bagelsco.lv → delete the key you want. Or just clear your browser data.
