  • Smoked or lightly salted salmon — cured by us with bay leaves and black peppercorns, for three days.
  • Philadelphia cream cheese — no sugar syrup, just cheese.
  • Spinach leaves — freshly washed, untreated.
  • Red onion ring — thin, almost translucent.
  • Bagel — our own, from this batch.

Smoked salmon variant

Same thing at the same price, but with salmon that we hot-smoke over alder chips rather than salting. The flavor is less salty and slightly more aromatic. We don't dare choose for you.
